The Transfer and Paying Agency Department is in charge of the shareholders’ register. Its main function is to process subscriptions and redemptions orders, any transfers of units, as well as potential dividends distribution to shareholders. This department informs the Fund Accounting Department about above-mentioned operations for NAV calculation, as well as Market Back Office Department in charge of bank liquidities management.
In order to support our team, we are looking for Transfer Agent Officer on a fixed term contract until 31st August 2020.

Your main tasks will be to:
– Checking and processing of subscriptions, redemptions and transfer orders on a daily basis
– Processing of dividends
– Preparing and sending the statements of holding to the shareholders
– Investigating and answering to various internal and external inquiries
– Various reconciliation
– KPIs production and client reporting
– Filing all documents related to the department

Required Experience

– Educational background in Financial fields – Good knowledge of the fund business
– First experience in fund industry, preferably in Transfer Agency activity
– Good command of the Microsoft Office tools (Excel macros is an added value). Riva and Olympic are an asset
– Fluent in English
– Highly accurate and dedicated to providing the highest quality service
– Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
– Be proactive and show initiatives
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Good team spirit and communication skills
– Abilities to work on Evening/Night Shift
